Ingredients:  

Filling

  • 6 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, and melted butter. Spread over the apples.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.

Notes:

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
