Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups Fresh blueberries

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the blueberries.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes:

Best served warm with a pat of butter.
