Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
4. Sprinkle the cheese over one half of the omelette.
5. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add herbs or other fillings like ham or vegetables.
