Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  • 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
  • 4. Sprinkle the cheese over one half of the omelette.
  • 5. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
  • 6. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add herbs or other fillings like ham or vegetables.
