Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  • Spread the chopped broccoli and shredded cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables or meats to customize your quiche.
