Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
  • 2. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • 3. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  • 5. Stir gently with a spatula until the eggs are just set.
  • 6. Serve immediately.

Notes:

For creamier eggs, cook on low heat and stir continuously.
