1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
2. Add the olive oil, salt, and mashed lentils and beans to the yeast mixture. Stir well.
3. Gradually add the whole wheat flour, barley flour, millet flour, and spelt flour to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 50 minutes or until it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
7. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
