heavy cream

all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, melted butter, heavy cream, and salt. Mix well.
2. Gradually add the flour to the potato mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
3. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
4. On a floured surface, roll each ball into a thin circle.
5. Heat a griddle over medium-high heat. Cook each lefse for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until brown spots appear.
6. Serve warm with butter and sugar, or your favorite toppings.
Notes:
Store lefse in an airtight container to keep them soft.
