Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Scallops fresh or thawed
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the scallops in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the scallops are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  • Serve hot with a side of your choice.

Notes:

For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
