Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • In a third bowl, combine shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally coat with the coconut mixture.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes:

Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
