Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes optional

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  • 2. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until smooth and heated through.
  • 3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve warm.

Notes:

This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
