Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. Arrange tomato slices on a serving plate.
  • 2. Place mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes.
  • 3. Tuck basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
  • 4. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  • 5. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Notes:

Best served fresh. You can also add a balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
