Instructions:
1. Arrange tomato slices on a serving plate.
2. Place mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes.
3. Tuck basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
5. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Notes:
Best served fresh. You can also add a balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
