Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir well to mix.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve fresh with chips or as a topping.

Notes:

Adjust the amount of jalapeño to your heat preference. For a milder version, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeño.
