Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce

Instructions: 

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in shredded carrot, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add chopped peanuts or green onions for extra flavor.
