Instructions:
Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in shredded carrot, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
Notes:
Feel free to add chopped peanuts or green onions for extra flavor.
