Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the flour and stir continuously for about 1 minute.
  • 3. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  • 4. Add the milk, shredded chicken, and corn kernels. Stir well.
  • 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped parsley for garnish.
