Vegetable broth

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and blend until smooth.
Return to pot, stir in milk, and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Serve hot with a slice of crusty bread.
