Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • In a large pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery until softened.
  • Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
  • Stir in shredded chicken, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot.
