Cannellini beans
drained and rinsed

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chopped escarole and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Add cannellini beans and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
