Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes medium-sized
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
