Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the diced potatoes and chopped onion to the skillet.
  • 3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 20 minutes.
  • 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add garlic powder, paprika, or your favorite herbs.
