Instructions:
Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes until smooth.
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Fold in the chopped green onions.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, add some chopped pickles or bacon bits.
