Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions: 

  • Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes until smooth.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  • Fold in the chopped green onions.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add some chopped pickles or bacon bits.
