Dressing Ingredients

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and parsley.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Add the toasted pita pieces to the salad and toss gently.
5. Serve immediately.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds or a drizzle of pomegranate molasses.
