Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli slaw mix
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.25 cup chopped red onion
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix, shredded carrots, and chopped red onion.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat.
  • Add sunflower seeds and dried cranberries, and mix well.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Chilling the salad helps the flavors meld together.
