Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix, shredded carrots, and chopped red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat.
Add sunflower seeds and dried cranberries, and mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
