Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups Cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
  • 2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.
  • 3. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
  • 4. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes:

Best served chilled. Adjust seasoning to taste.
