Ingredients:  

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, raisins, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

This salad is best served cold and can be made a day in advance.
