Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and julienned carrot.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot. Toss well to combine.
Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes:
For added flavor, you can include thinly sliced green onions or a dash of chili flakes.
