Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Apple, diced
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, halved grapes, diced apple, and chopped walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes:

For added flavor, you can toast the walnuts before adding them to the salad.
