Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Minced onions
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 8 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with the dry onion soup mix and water.
  • 2. Spread the minced onions evenly in a large skillet.
  • 3. Press the beef mixture into the skillet on top of the onions, forming a large, thin patty.
  • 4. Cook over medium heat until the beef is cooked through and the onions are tender.
  • 5. Cut the beef into small squares to fit the slider buns.
  • 6. Place a slice of American cheese on each beef square and let it melt.
  • 7. Serve the beef squares on slider buns with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Notes:

For an authentic taste, you can steam the buns before serving.
