Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs large
  • 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 slices White bread

Instructions: 

  • 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool them in ice water.
  • 2. Peel the eggs and mash them in a bowl.
  • 3. Add Japanese mayonnaise, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  • 4. Spread the egg mixture on two slices of bread. Top with the other slices.
  • 5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.

Notes:

For a more authentic taste, use Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise.
