Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool them in ice water.
2. Peel the eggs and mash them in a bowl.
3. Add Japanese mayonnaise, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
4. Spread the egg mixture on two slices of bread. Top with the other slices.
5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
Notes:
For a more authentic taste, use Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise.
