Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Vodka
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Simple syrup

Instructions: 

  • Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
  • Strain the watermelon juice into a pitcher.
  • Add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher. Stir well.
  • Pour into martini glasses and serve chilled.

Notes:

Garnish with a watermelon slice or mint leaf if desired.
