  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions: 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

You can adjust the thickness by adding more or less milk.
