Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 piece lemon sliced
  • 1 inch ginger peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  • 2. Add the sliced lemon and ginger to the boiling water.
  • 3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • 4. Remove from heat and strain into a mug.
  • 5. Stir in the honey until dissolved.
  • 6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes:

This drink is great for soothing a sore throat or just warming up on a cold day.
