Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken breast cooked and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 piece Lemon sliced for garnish

Instructions: 

  • 1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the carrots and cabbage. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 4. Add the cooked chicken breast and stir well.
  • 5. Pour in the soy sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  • 6. Add the soaked rice noodles and toss to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the noodles have absorbed the sauce.
  • 7. Serve hot with lemon slices on the side.

Notes:

Adjust the soy sauce to taste. You can also add shrimp or pork for variety.
