cooked and sliced

Soy sauce

Chicken broth

Instructions:
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
3. Add the carrots and cabbage. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the cooked chicken breast and stir well.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
6. Add the soaked rice noodles and toss to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the noodles have absorbed the sauce.
7. Serve hot with lemon slices on the side.
Notes:
Adjust the soy sauce to taste. You can also add shrimp or pork for variety.
