Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the short ribs for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
For best results, let the ribs marinate overnight.
