Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef short ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
  • 2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 4. Grill the short ribs for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • 5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes:

For best results, let the ribs marinate overnight.
