Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 tails Rock lobster tails
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
  • Brush the lobster tails with the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down. Grill for about 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
  • Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes:

Make sure not to overcook the lobster tails to keep them tender and juicy.
