In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
Brush the lobster tails with the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down. Grill for about 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Make sure not to overcook the lobster tails to keep them tender and juicy.
