Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork Shoulder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Rosemary chopped

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  • Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes:

Letting the pork rest helps retain its juices.
