Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 4 potatoes diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped onion and bell pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in sliced kielbasa, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until kielbasa is heated through and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
