Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, red chili powder, and vegetable oil.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
5. Serve hot with naan or rice and a side of salad.
Notes:
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
