Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Spread strawberry jam over the top and arrange fresh strawberries. Serve chilled.

For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
