Equipment

  • Springform Pan
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients:  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted Butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Topping

  • 1 cup Strawberry Jam
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Spread strawberry jam over the top and arrange fresh strawberries. Serve chilled.

Notes:

For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
