Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add the oats, chocolate chips, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes:
These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
