Ingredients:

  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, whole wheat flour, and baking powder.
  • Add the beaten egg and water to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
