  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.
  • Stir in lemon juice and cook for another minute.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
