Instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
3. Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then form into balls using buttered hands.
5. Place the popcorn balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to set.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
