Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • 2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • 3. Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
  • 4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then form into balls using buttered hands.
  • 5. Place the popcorn balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to set.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
