Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
3. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
4. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry chicken nuggets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
