Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  • 2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • 3. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • 4. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 6. Fry chicken nuggets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • 7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes:

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
