Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Layer the ham and cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls. Place the top halves back on.
In a bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the sandwiches.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned and crispy.
Serve warm.
Notes:
These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
