Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  • 4. Add the milk and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

This soup is great for a quick and easy dinner. You can add more vegetables like carrots or celery if you like.
