Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the steak and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add the carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or peas.
