Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the steak and cook until browned.
2. Add the carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or peas.
