Instructions:
1. Heat the large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add sliced okra and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins to this soup.
