Instructions:
1. Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Remove the carcass and strain the broth.
4. Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the broth.
5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
6. Simmer for another hour until vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
