Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Turkey carcass leftover
  • 8 cups Water
  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 2 cups Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and cover with water.
  • 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 3. Remove the carcass and strain the broth.
  • 4. Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the broth.
  • 5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • 6. Simmer for another hour until vegetables are tender.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
