Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 2 Green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Boiled eggs halved

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  • 2. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • 4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • 5. Divide noodles and broth into bowls. Top with carrot, green onions, and boiled eggs.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like spinach or mushrooms.
