Instructions:
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, and Thai chilies. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Stir well.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes:
Adjust the number of chilies to your preferred spice level.
